I wanna lose my weight...I'm doing 500 rope skipping everyday since 1 month and also 1 hr walk .I have purely homemade food like chapati bhaji 3 times a day and nothing else
So my question is how much calories are burnt by doing rope skipping and is it enough to do 500 jumps or should I do more??

Weight gain after water fast
Hi, I am on a 10 day water diet. Currently on day 5. I cannot break the fast before 10 days because I'm highly determined. I am very scared to gain all the weight back in a very small span of time. Please tell me how to maintain the weight I lose. I know I will regain 2-3kgs back but I don't want to regain more than that and deal with an appearance I wouldn't like. What and how should I eat? IBS and diet
I have been suffering from IBS-Constipation for the past 10 years. And I am also suffering from bulging disc in L5-s1. I have tried Ayurveda and physiotherapy but no use. Doctor told me that my back muscle is weak and I need to build strong muscle to support my spine.
I heard that because of IBS, body will not be able to extract nutrients. Is this the reason, I'm unable to build muscle. If yes, whom should I consult?
