Can   Vitamin   C   tablets (Eucee)        can  be     taken,         for boosting   immunity      ?

I read on ICMR and FSSAI's official website  tHat RDA of VitaMin A is 600μg per day. But coUntRy like USA and Canada claiMing that RDA of vitaMin A shOuld be  900μg per day. So how MUCH vitaMin A should we coNsuMe in a day 600μg or 900μg ?

Today I bought Aquasol VitaMin A capsules I read on label that each capsule contain  7.5g vitaMin A In water form And the Pharmacist over there suggested me to take 2 capsules in a week. Can I take 7.5g vitaMin A in water form ?

Ok so my height is 5'9 and my weight is 62. I'm eating well nearly about 7 times a day and 3000calories and 110gm protein. And I'm working out good also.
