Hello, I can understand your concern to eat right & prevent weight gain. We can definitely help you with a personalized diet plan, but would need your details and recommend you to connect with us for a personalized diet session as it takes into account your lifestyle, routine, height, weight, eating habits, medical conditions if any, sleep, stress, etc. As gyms are closed you can still be active by doing indoor exercises for beginners, step climbing, walking indoors, etc. Following guidelines can be of help - 1. Eat balanced meals & never skip meals 2. Eat 2 fruits throughout the day 3. Drink 2-3 liters of water 4. Exercise for 45 minutes indoors 5 days a week 5. Avoid sweets, fried foods, processed & packaged foods, etc.

Hi For covid-19 you should eat the healthy balanced diet. Healthy balanced diet is the diet which include all the five food groups that is Carbohydrate, protein, fats, vitamins and minerals and while taking care of your diet you should also take care of physical activity, your stress levels and  good quality sleep for minimum 7 to 9 hours. See not only diet makes your immunity strong but other lifestyle practices also affect your health overall outside and inside. As you have mentioned in your question you are trying to gain weight also... to gain weight you should emphasize on high calories, high protein diet plan. I can only tell you tips over here but I cannot provide you diet over Here as I need to know your vitals, your medical history, your eating habits for the same. If you wanna have personalized diet plan then I would suggest you to have a consultation with me. For consultation you can opt for a personal chat option or call me or WhatsApp me at the number mentioned on my profile. Consultation will be a 45 minutes to one hour session... it will be through Skype or zoom
