For creating an Ayurvedic diet chart tailored to the types of dosha in your body, consulting an Dietician or Ayurvedic doctor would be the most appropriate choice. An practitioner is specifically trained in understanding the complexities of the dosha system and can provide dietary recommendations that are personalized to balance your unique constitution.
Next Steps
1. Find a qualified dietician or Ayurvedic doctor with a good reputation and experience. 2. Schedule a consultation and be prepared to discuss your health history, lifestyle, and any current health concerns. 3. Follow the diet chart and recommendations provided by them
Health Tips
Always ensure that the practitioner is certified and has a good track record. It’s important to communicate any other medical conditions you may have to the Dietician or Ayurvedic doctor, as Ayurvedic dietary changes can influence other treatments. Additionally, it’s crucial to review any dietary changes with your regular healthcare provider, especially if you have any underlying health conditions or are taking medications.

Good morning, Consult with ayurveda doctor . Ayurveda recommended the consumption of whole grains, fruits and veggies, which are rich in fiber. Eating mindfully can help you stay aware of your hunger and fullness cues, reducing the chances of overeating . Ayurveda recommends eating in calm and peaceful environments without any distractions.
