Hi , hope you have been taking guidance from an expert in this field or else if you are taking help from Doctor Google, nobody will be able to help you.
Next Steps
if under someone's guidance the dietician herself will help you why this happens as its normal to reach a plateau after every 5-8kg
Health Tips
Simple way to break the plateau will also be guided to you by your expert only as per your body type & metabolism, if there isn't any expert you are referring to then feel free to book a online consultation with me through Practo
