I am trying to weight loss Iam drinking 2.5liters of water I am doing exercises and I am following diet in morning first I will drink beetroot carrot juice and after that I will drink milk and after that I will small cup oats and later fruits and after that afternoon I will eat small cup of brown rice more quantity of veggies and evng at 6:30 I will small chapati I am not using oil in my diet and at night cinnamon water but why I am not using wash room motion is not coming for that I am not losing weight

Hello dear user, good afternoon As I can see in your given detail that you are very strict in your diet. Means there is a very less amount of protein and fat in your diet. Carbs are also very very moderated so you just have to put your diet according to the balanced format of the Indian diet. So first of all just add 5 ml of ghee Or oil in your diet in a regular basis there is no need to strict enough for the fats and oils. next what kind of exercise you are doing it's not clear so for the clear motion you just have to do some particular exercises which will help you to get rid with that. if you are taking more than enough fibres in your diet that will also be a causative factor for your constipation.

There is no fat in your diet. Please use oil in your diet. Your brain to every cell in your body, need fat. Also include 1 tsp ghee, with rice or roti everyday.

Good sources of fiber whole grains, legumes, fruits and vegetables, nuts and seeds Plenty of water you drink plenty of water other liquids such as fruits and vegetables Juices , clear soups, to help better . Probiotic add in diet like buttermilk and yogurt to help the gut health. Avoid: chips , fast foods, meats, some frozen meals and snack foods , processed foods etc.
