Hi . I am 29years old mother of one year baby and stopped feedings as i am not getting milk my weight is 80 kgs and i am of 5ft . I am working women i have no time for exercise and diet with my baby n work and my h1abc is 6.2 . I want to reduce weight . Do we have any supplements for weight reduction . Please suggest
