Yes, it has positive effects on building immunity and can be taken by children as well as adults. Avoid it for children below 6 years of age, and those adults who have diabetes or sugar related health issues. Please stick to just 1 teaspoon per day, and do not over dose on immunity boosters with the fear of preventing viral infections.
