I am 21 week pregnant(5 month) and gained 10.5 kg so far.I have started my pregnancy with 64.8 kg weight and currently my weight is 75.1 kg.
I am following below diet chart..
1 glass milk with protin powder and 1 paratha (paneer alternate day)in morning.
6-7 soaked almonds
Around 10 am nariyal pani
11 am 1 glass orange juice.
1 pm 3 chapatis and 1 bowl green sabji and 1 cup curd
2 pm 1 bowl salad ( cucumber,gajar,tamatar)
4 pm 1 pomegranate
5 pm light snacks or 1 chapati sabji or 1 plate upma
6 pm 3-4 kaju and akhrot
9 pm 2 chapati and sabji
10 pm 1 glass milk with protin powder.
I am also doing regular walk 15-20 min in evening and night after dinner...I am worried about my weight gain...could you please suggest what should I stop in my diet or reduced..?as I heared 12 to 13 kg is ideal weight gain in whole pregnancy. ..
