For gaining weight, a proper Diet (Appropriate combination of Carbs + protein + Fat) and Exercise routine is required to gain lean muscle mass and healthy Weight gain. Endurance Mass may not be the right option for Weight gain bcz Processed proteins are not easily and fully digested by pur gut and therefore it may make you gain unwanted abdominal or unhealthy fat in your body. I don’t recommend you going for and processed powders or supplements to gain weight when it can be done in a healthier and sustainable manner.
