Hi I'm Anjali. For the last 3 years my weight is not increasing. It is only 43. I want to gain weight upto 50 kg above. there is no energy in my body. I feel very tired for all the day n night. So please suggest me something for gaining weight in natural way.

Eat plenty of vegetables,fruits,greengram sprouts everyday.
Milk and milkproducts intake everyday is healthy.
Include carbohydrates,proteins fats in ur everyday meal.
Almonds,walnuts,raisins,drydates,figs are good .each two perday.
Drink enough water.
Walk,play sports,yoga,exercises are good to keep u fit.
Sleep leisurely for six hrs atleast at night.
Include millets in ur diet.
