Regarding cholesterol and heart
I have my recent report stating my cholesterol level
I am doing heavy workout 5 days a week
Taking caffeine 200 mg , having whey protein and multivitamins
4 whole eggs , bread toast , peanut butter
Eating home made food like rice , daal ,veg (4-5 times in small quantity)including chicken 2 times a week
Addition 2 cup of tea
Also home made fast food like pizza ,burger
Cause now I am facing problem
I recently purchased fish oil I am taking it from last 2 days
Can I still workout , and what to quit in meals
