Weight gain and Metabolism rate
Hello I want to ask that how can i boost up my metabolism rate? I do not eat much. I eat twice in a day still my weight is increasing. I don't eat junk food. Eating simple home made food in limit. I do Excericise Everyday still weight gain issue is there. Can any body help me?

Hello you can increase your metabolism rate by : Eating a high protein diet, exercise regularly ,no starving or feasting . Make sure your thyroid levels are normal, avoid sugary food, increase fiber content in your diet- whole grains, vegetables and whole pulses

Go for exercises,yoga,walking or any sports.for an hour everyday. Eat plenty of vegetables,fruits and greengram sprouts everyday. Substitute millets for rice . Avoid fastfood,bakeryfoods,oilyspicy foods.,nonveg.

You can increase your metabolic rate by exercising so you get develop muscle. More muscle you build higher the metabolic rate is.

Hi, Rate of metabolism varied from person to person.  Due to hormonal problem also metabolic rate becomes slow. It can be increased through activity . Though you do exercise still you are overweight, this may be the activity is required is not getting enough. You require a proper weight reduction diet.
