Query: Will I lose milk nutritional benefits if I add coffee or tea powder to it (milk)? Can coffee or tea chemically alter the milk constituents?
I dnt like the taste of plain milk so I add Bournvita or any other flavor to enhance the taste. Also sometimes hot milk causes me acidity too so I usually end up making tea or cold coffee to reap the benefits of milk..
Also I wana know is cow milk more healthy thn Buffalo milk?

Hi
As you mention you end up having tea or coffee which also could be reason for acidity.
You can try adding flavored which are healthy like almonds, haldi, nutmeg. instead of bournvita
A2 tonned cow milk is suggested

Hello user
Adding any caffeine products like tea and coffee to milk will damage milk's nutrional value.
Secondly, you can go for buffalo milk if it available easily. Other wise you can take cow milk also.
Hello!
If milk is causing acidity or the taste is not appealing to you, please avoid taking milk. You can take curd, paneer, buttermilk - these have better nutritional benefits than plain milk.
Adding tea/ coffee/ bournvita does interfere with milk properties, but it’s not harmful. Since tea does not require lot of milk to be added, there’s no benefits of milk that you get with tea.
Buffalo milk is easier to digest than cow milk, but fat content is high . You can take whichever is available, but always boil or well before using.
