After light exercise and jogging i feel to much sweat and weakness what to do is it due dehydration feel dry mouth and weather is 34 outside and humidity 72 what to drink and what to eat.

According to my life style I start my day with workout (can't change cause of work)which includes pre workout (caffeine) and post workout includes whey protein , glutamine
I wanted to know I also wanted to have lauki ka juice (bottle gourd) I don't know what time it will suit .
Can I take it 10-15 minutes before pre-workout ?
Or 15-20 min after post workout
Or should I take after my 1 st meal cause there is very less time gap
