No harm .Check urweight every 30 days. Also walk,exercise yoga for an hour everyday. Eat plenty of vegetables,fruits,greengram sprouts everyday. Drink enough water buttermilk everyday. Avoid fastfood,bakeryfood,oilyspicyfood.
