How long generally to take supplements
I have been advised some supplements to correct nutritional deficiencies based on a healthy package that also tested iron, nitrogen, protein and vitamin levels. How long is generally one expected to take such supplements?

Sir, Supplements are meant to balance your deficiencies. Since you are of 62 yrs of age. At this juncture our body looses ability to regenerate or use vitamins / nutrients. But supplements if taken in excess amount do leaves a negative effect on our body specially Liver and Kidney.
