Hello, Weight loss is a process and it has to be done the "right" way to ensure it is sustainable & long lasting. To achieve a considerable weight loss & keep thyroid under control a customized diet session is highly recommended for you as it takes into account your height, weight, lifestyle, routine, eating habits, sleep, stress, etc. This helps in understanding the gap areas & guiding you better. It is important to understand that detox diet helps in flushing the toxins out of the body & weight loss is a byproduct of it. You cannot follow a detox diet for long as it also leads to nutrient deficiencies. All you need is a right guidance, constant modifications in the diet so that weight loss is done the right way without any nutrient deficiencies. Connect with us for understanding how to eat right & lose weight. As a start follow the guidelines below - 1. Never skip meals & have balanced meals 2. Have two fruits throughout the day preferably mid meals 3. Incorporate millets like jowar, ragi, in the diet as they are nutritious 4. Have cruciferous vegetables like cauliflower, cabbage, broccoli, etc and soya in cooked form and once in 10 days 5. Salads to be part of lunch & dinner. Have salad first & then the meal 6. Exercise daily for 45 minutes 7. Avoid sugar, sweets, refined flour, fried foods, processed & packaged foods, etc.
