Kindly help me with ingredients and diet I should generally include for increasing breast milk supply. I have done all I can e.g. Shatavari, methi seed water etc...but is there a nutrition supplement I can take . Baby is 3 months and on mixed feed

HI as mention above things which are beneficial for milk production but along with the same you need to follow healthy balanced diet plan which is including more of nutritious food

U take Shatavari rasayan two tsf twice a day . Shatavari granules two tsf in a glass of warm milk.twice a day. Eat good food,vegetables,ghee,milk in abundance.Rice,wheat,millets  methi seeds are good.
