Ok u eat plenty of vegetables ,fruits,greengram sprouts everyday. Substitute millets for rice. Drink enough water,buttermilk, vegetable  cooked water everyday. Walk,yoga,exercise everyday for an hour. Sleep liesurely at night for six hrs min. Avoid fastfood,bakeryfood,spicy oilfoods.nonveg.
