Hi Doctor, I am a male with a weight of 87kgs and my height is 6feet. I would like to know the diet & routine to follow for reducing the weight my goal is around 72kgs. Also, if there is any effective medicine available you can recommend it as well.

For a regular weight loss, follow a low carb, high protein diet, eat lots of vegetables n fruits n stop eating anything at dinner, rather drink.. a soup or dal type something.

Hi kindly share the routine. Every person if different, one should check the constitution first and go accordingly. Likewise you might have seen people who eats a lot but don’t gain weight. On the contrary there are people who eat less but tend to put on weight. So best is to get it checked before starting any random diet
