If you are unable to lose weight despite putting multiple efforts, then there can be many reasons to it. You need to understand the root cause rather then finding quick fixes to it. Below are some possible reasons why weight loss may not be happening: - There can be hormonal imbalance due to conditions like thyroid, PCOS, or insulin resistance which can slower down the metabolism and make fat loss difficult. - Skipping meals can decrease body's metabolism and eventually make it difficult to lose fat. - Limited physical activity will lead to more fat deposition and decreased muscle mass. - High stress levels or poor sleep can increase the cortisol levels which eventually promote fat storage.

“If you’ve tried every diet hack but still not losing weight, it’s not always about ‘less food, more exercise’. Many times weight loss gets stuck due to hidden things like Vitamin D deficiency, low B12, thyroid issues, or even your body adapting to the same routine. That’s why a personalized check is needed to break the plateau. You can have a detailed discussion about this and current diet anaylis to understand the root cause of this.

Every individual is different in nature. You might have seen people who eats a lot but still skinny and slim by nature on the contrary there are people who eat less but tend to gain weight. It's all about your constitution ( vata/pitta/kapha). Before starting any exercise or diet plan you should figure out your body type and body nature. What is the exact requirement to losse weight. If you do so, 100% you will get good results

I understand how frustrating this can feel -especially when you have tried everything and the scale barely moves Many women struggle to lose weight because of underlying medical issues Thyroid Insulin resistance PCOD Vitamin D and B12 deficiency Sleep apnea If any are abnormal, treating them can dramatically improve weight loss Calorie Control Without Starving You don’t have to eat very little, but you do need a consistent calorie deficit Aim for 1400-1600 kcal / day Focus on high -protein, high -fiber foods to stay full Eggs, paneer , yogurt , dal , sprouts, chicken/ fish , lots of veggies and salads Avoid sugary drinks , juices , biscuits, fried foods Exercise that actually works Strength training 2-3 / week Walking 7-8 k steps daily Short bursts of HIIT Sleep and stress Sleep less 6-7 hrs ? High stress ? Cortisol goes up - fats storage Fixing sleep and stress often breaks weight loss plateau
