Vit d deficiency
I have been diagnosed with Vitamin D deficiency. I have been prescribed uprise D3 6 L injection 1 for 5 weeks and CCM tablets daily.
Tomorrow I will be taking injection should I take CCM tablet tomorrow will it increase the dosage of Vitamin D tomorrow ????is it ok to take injection and CCM tablet on oneday???
Should I be doing exercise ,incase my bones are weak and brittle to break ???
I am a little scared to do the exercises .
