Hair Fall Issue
I'm having hair fall a lot, greying of hair and itching of my scalp due to slight dandruff. I use Henna Powder to color my hair. I feel like im losing more hair than normal as my hair just falls off easily from the roots, even when i lie down in bed to go to sleep and wake up next morning. I find lot of hair on my pillow. I haven't visited a dermatologist or taken any supplements for this issue. Kindly help.

Hi. Hairfall in these weather and environmental conditions is normal. But, adding a few things up in your diet will definitely help you lesser of them and by the mean time, vanish. Of course, you need to consult a dermatologist for the appropriate shampoo + oil, but, diet chnges will include some essential vitamins like, biotin, vitamin a and e rich food. You have to treat dandruff first. Do not use hair oil. Use selsun shampoo- twice wkly. Message shampoo on scalp, keep it for 5-10 minutes than ringe.

Hi! Premature greying and excess Hairfall can be due to many factors like poor scalp health, stress, sleep issues, improper digestion , lack of protein in diet , pollution and water intake . Take 3 litres of water daily, add fresh fruits and raw vegetables with meals, milk and milk products, eggs, dry fruits-nuts, sleep for 7 hours and do light exercise to improve oxygen supply to scalp.
