Hello, Weight gain in PCOS is very common & it is mainly due to the imbalance in the hormones as well as lifestyle. We need to understand that weight loss is a slow & gradual process and it requires a lot of modifications and sustainable approaches that will give long-lasting results and not short term. Losing weight in PCOS will also improve insulin resistance it makes difficult for the body to utilize insulin effectively. A personalized diet session is highly recommended in your case as it takes into account your lifestyle, medications, routine, medical condition, eating habits, etc.

Incorporate unprocessed / whole foods like fresh fruits & vegetables, nuts, seeds, whole grains etc. 3. Have complex carbohydrates like jowar, bajra, brown rice & avoid refined flour and its products 4. Limit the intake of sugar and avoid sweets, fried foods, junk foods etc 5.
