Feeling decreased taste and thirst
I am feeling thirsty again and again and I am feeling like no taste in my mouth and mouth is blank. But whenever I am eating i am getting full taste. No fever no cough and lips are also sticking like I have not drank water since hours.

Hello! You seem to have signs of dehydration and some vitamin deficiencies. Please take warm water at regular intervals, eat fresh fruits and raw vegetables to increase water content in your body and maintain vitamin status. A detailed assessment is necessary to provide a suitable diagnosis and supplement that works.
