I'm overweight 2mnths back i was 80 and frm 2mnths I'm doing diet and got to 72,frm past 12dys due to work pressure i stopped diet and gained to 74 and i have restarted frm 2dys

My diet i follow
Mrng warm lemon water
After Apple cider vinegar in one glass
Brkfst one egg and oats with keera juice
Green tea
Lunch 2pulka with curry's
Evg green tea again
Nyt for Dinner only fruits
Mrng 30min cycling and 10min belly workouts
In middle i take 4litre water and if hungry i ate poha and puffed rice
Plz suggest me is this fine and any changes to reduce

Reduce weight
I eat 2 idly or 2 dosa in mrng. I eat 1cup of rice with buttermilk & veg. I drink one ginger tea in eve. Night one roti only with one banana. I walk 2km daily in eve. I don't smoke,or drink alcohol. Yet i can't reduce weight from 77kg for longtime. Kindly advise how to bring down my weight.
