Overweight

I was diagnosed with PCOD in 2017. After few months I gained weight. I used to weight 53 back then in 2017 and now my weigh around 64kgs. I guess I don't have PCOD now. But I'm taking medicines for menorrhagia. I get on and of periods too. Can you help me with my diet chart.
