Diet plan for a 19 yr old girl.

Hello. My weight is 64.5 and height is 5'6" my bmi is overweight. Please help me for a correct diet plan and suggest me an appropriate excercise for having a healthy body. I'm a vegetarian person. Weight gain

My weight is around 50kg which is pretty much on the lower side as per my height and weight. I had dengue and pneumonia when I was a kid. I look skinny.
