Hello, currently I'm on weight loss program. My current weight is 85 kg and target is 75 kg. I want to lose my fat, not muscles. Could you please let me know what should be my daily protein intake ?

Nutrition plan for a day

Dear sir/ madam , good evening. I am 34 yrs. Presently I am suffering with mild sinusitis. Some times suffer common cold. Though I have planned my own diet and nutrition plan by watching videos on youtube.it is like, I took hot water with lemon after I wake up. Next breakfast is sprouts (not much) with 4 soaked almond nuts and 3 kaju.(all taken at the same time) Everyday I drink 4 ltrs of hot water sometimes mix with pure termeric powder. Small piece of carrot, beatroot, One gooseberri, One egg, One seasonal fruit, Lunch (rice) with almost days dal and leafy vegetables ( with garlic and ginger),steam inhalation weekly twice or thrice because of common cold (sometimes), Rarely nonveg like chicken and fish, 20 minutes expose to sunlight, Dinner also rice,Two cloves before sleep. I take/do all these on each and everyday except nonveg. If I continue the same plan for a long time  will there be any side effects to me? Please suggest me if there is anything wrong with my diet plan.

Vitamins related query

Being a student and staying away from parents, I do not get proper nutritious food. I have started working out. I consume protein shake and recently started with primrose oil. I want to stay fit, have good muscle strength and glowing skin but I am unaware of the vitamins intake I should have and for how long. I have switched to a healthy meal like having ragi chapati instead of normal wheat flour, oats and dates, dry fruits etc. But my fruit intake is very rare. So it'd be really helpful to please provide me with a solution or if I could acheive the same with normal diet.

Weight loss regarding

Hello, I saw so many dietitians restrict usage of salt in diet plans. So it become very hard for me to follow diet plans I can skip sugar easily. I don't crave about sugar a lot. But it's hard for me to skip salt. I started using Pink Himalayan salt. Please somebody suggest, is it really necessary to skip salt for weight loss ? I really want to get rid of fat around my tummy.

Regarding Keto Diet.

Mam/sir ,I was about 115kg and now 97 kg.Lost 18 kg in 3 months..Must now my weight is stuck 97kg ..Am doing 40minutes walking + 30minutes compound excersice a day and also followed intermittent fasting of 18:6 hour windows and had 2 chappathi without oil as lunch with chutney and 4 boiled egg whites and dinner same but no egg whites and evening a cup coffe with milk and half tspn sugar..No weight reducing after 18kg. So i have a plan to go for KETO DIET. I did googleed that and learnt something and having a idea to follow it..So can i go for keto?And any health problems regarding keto? And what should i consider to eat in keto and how much calories should i intake and what should i do to reduce 15 more kgs.Kindly suggest me something so that i can loose 15kg more..Thank.
