Hi doctor, I have one doute is eating pop corn ,sweet corn and spinach{plak } is good for tydriod and pcod patient pls let me know about this because some doctors suggest spinach in diet some doctors told that don't eat spinach and pop corn

Hi, I have huge red acne on my jaw line forehead since 1st July. My dermat provide doxybond LB for 10 days , tracnil sachets (6month course) & retino AC gel. It's been a month, I don't see any significant improvement. I am eating well , I have PCOS but I am unable to figure out the solution . Using Duckray Keraycnl face wash & physiogel moisturiser cream. I am also taking VIT D Calcitus sachets weekly. Kindly help as clearly foxy blond wasn't helpful. Kindly suggest a cleanser & I don't want contraceptive pill as a solution.
