Hi, I am 39 year old male, Height 5 ft 7 inches Weight 67 kg. From Dec 2019 to Mar 2020 I did dieting & used to walk for about 3 Kms daily. During this time I lost 7 kgs( From 74 kg to 67 kg) & have maintained the weight. But still I have double chin & fat on cheeks How to reduce them. Do we have any cream or massage equipment to reduce face fat & get a v shape face?

Hi! You should try and loose 5 more kgs through good  diet. Then, do neck exercises - look up to the cieling and down 10 times daily and when you are facing up, move jaw. This will help you loose double chin but most importantly focus on healthy diet

Hi, Mostly double chin and face fat goes away when weight loss is done systematically and crash dieting is avoided. But if you still have face fat left, you could start to include yoga in your routine which includes face exercise too.

Hello. Please continue with your diet and exercise regime, as stopping this will lead to weight gain again. Face, chin, belly- these areas have fat deposits which take time to go. Please look up exercises on the internet for the face and chin tightening.
Next Steps
Start yoga , face exercise, continue diet & daily exercises.
