Tummy fat and face fat

I am a mother of 2.5 years old boy(cesarean) , i m facing problem of tummy fat, double chin and chubby chicks. I dont know how i will reduce it.. Plz give me some indian diet plan as I cannot go to gym due to house problems Plz help me to reduce weight n fat from face n stomach also.. Also i dnt have clear skin, whenever i do makeup after 10-15 mins my face gets down, dere is no glow Plz help me out.. Give me easy solutions asap I get tired very soon I wanted to do lots of work but when i do something I easily got tired in few minutes Stamina is so low

Early mrng:-dal cheeni powder with water
Break fast:-
2 boiled egg white
Daliya in water or cow milk/brown bread sandwich/corn flax

Before lunnch:-vegetable juice
Lunch:- chapaties n veg (no ghee n butter)
Salad n dahi

4 pm:-fruit chat (no banana)

6pm:-orange juice
2 boiled egg white

8pm:- dinner(only one chapati or brown bred)

Before sleep:- papaya
Grean tea 4 times a day
Coconut water once a day
2 glass Hot water after every meal

This is simple diet plan which u can follow and along with that i can give some medicine which will help you sure to reduce. For medicine i need your details which will surely help u lot in achieving ur target
