I have to sit and work whole day. That is causing a fat tummy. How can I avoid it or reduce it? Can you pls suggest

To reduce tummy fat have warm lemon water with honey every morning.Drink 6-8glasses of water.Do abdomen crunches and air cycling everyday. Sleep atleast 8hrs a day
