I am a bankers, due to 9 hours sitting job I have very high tummy fat . Please suggest me diet chart and exercise to reduce my tummy fat

You need to take high fiber low fat followed by detox diet.Drink plenty of water every day.take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat.please ask me directly for personalized diet plan for you.
