Hi Seeds alone will not reduce your tummy.. You should be having well balanced diet containing low carbs, moderate plant proteins, low fat, high fiber, locally grown seasonal fruits and vegetables, dark green leafy vegetables, double toned or toned cow's milk, almonds, walnuts, all variety seeds, sprouts, fermented foods, drink lukewarm lemon water without sugar on empty stomach upon rising, complex carbs, plenty of drinking water around 2 to 3 litres per day.. Coming to daily workouts both morning and evening such as brish walking for 45 mins both morning and evening, situps, taking steps up down, power yoga, playing sports, dancing etc.. Doing crunches daily especially for tummy are very beneficial.. Early dinner at 7 pm.. Have broken wheat upma with lots of vegetables..at dinner time.. Thankyou
Health Tips
omega 3 and 6 foods are helpful..high fiber foods, more water, drink lukewarm water with every meal for effective results, no sleeping immediately after any meal.. 2 hrs gap between dinner and night sleep is mandatory..

U do situps, yoga, workouts to reduce ur tummy.Only shia seeds .....will not do anything. Eat plenty of vegetables, fruits and greengram sprouts in all ur meals.Make it a point to eat 50 percent of ur meal as vegetables, sprouts . Substitute rice wheat with millets. Walnuts almonds, figs, drydates, currants, raisins are good 15-20 gm a day. Papaya is also good everyday. Gingely gingely oil, jaggery, are healthy. Drink enough water. Sleep leisurely for six hrs atleast at night. Walk yoga, play sports, swimming, are healthy habits. Avoid fastfoods, bakeryfoods, preserved foods. Nonveg, spicyoily masalafoods.

For chia seeds, sock them in water for few hours and then you can have it. Flax seeds should be dry roasted. 1 tbsp each. But if you want tummy lose you need to focus on over all healthy diet along with some exercise.  Having only any seeds may not be enough.
