I would like know the easy way of reducing belly fat (In 3 months) as it is stopping me from doing many cool activities wearing t-shirts during outings, being shirtless and etc.. Some diet plan would be highly appreciable. Thanks

For reducing belly fat follow three main things like healthy diet ,exercise and walk early morning and evening. Take high fibre food in ur diet . Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet .
