Belly Fat , over weight!!
Hey, can anyone help me figure out what's going on with me? I don't eat a ton, I don't eat out, and I don't drink soda, but I'm still getting a lot of belly fat, which is a real problem for me. Any suggestions?

Hello Even with “good “ eating habits , these hidden factors cause belly fat 1. Healthy food but in large quantity 2. Low protein intake 3. Without strength training, the body burns fewer calories- belly stays 4. Raises cortisol- store fat around the abdomen 5. If thyroid ( hypothyroidism) makes weight loss slows What you should do - Increase protein in every meal Maintain a calorie deficit 20 minutes daily workout routine Fix sleep and stress Check thyroid medication and dosage Special note for you The solution is not dieting The solution is protein + strength training
