Hey, can anyone help me figure out what's going on with me? I don't eat a ton, I don't eat out, and I don't drink soda, but I'm still getting a lot of belly fat, which is a real problem for me. Any suggestions?

Hello
Even with “good “ eating habits , these hidden factors cause belly fat
1. Healthy food but in large quantity
2. Low protein intake
3. Without strength training, the body burns fewer calories- belly stays
4. Raises cortisol- store fat around the abdomen
5. If thyroid ( hypothyroidism) makes weight loss slows
What you should do -
Increase protein in every meal
Maintain a calorie deficit
20 minutes daily workout routine
Fix sleep and stress
Check thyroid medication and dosage
Special note for you
The solution is not dieting
The solution is protein + strength training
Have you taken whole profile blood test
Have any bloating or indigestion
And what type of work profile you have
And how much activity you do that will help in understanding the reason
