It's great that you are engaging in some kind of physical activity but it’s also important to equally focus on nutrition, sleep and stress along with physical activity. Below are some guidelines to accelerate your progress: - Reduce the intake of refined carbohydrates, sugar, and fried foods. - Include more protein rich foods such as lentils, paneer, tofu, eggs, fish and lean chicken which will help you build lean muscle mass and reduce the fat mass. - Include more complex carbohydrates such as whole grains, oats, millets, brown rice and quinoa. - Increase your fiber intake by adding more fruits and vegetables to your diet. - Get adequate sleep and manage your stress levels as it can affect your metabolism and make it difficult to lose the belly fat. - Add strength training along with martial arts which will help you target your belly fat.

Belly fat reduction takes time. But it's mandatory to take good care of your diet as per your constitution only. Likewise you might have seen people who eats a lot but still tend to he very skinny and slim on the contrary there are people who eat less and follow a regular routine doesn't reduce weight easily. Its all about your constitution ( vata/pitta/kapha). Better is to get to checked and follow a routine as per your body type and requirement. Every person is different and require a different meal and exercise as per the bodily nature.

Radhe Radhe To reduce belly fat, with physical activity, it is necessary to take good care of your Diet, Sleep, Hydration, Stress Levels. With high stress and irregular sleep, cortisol is released in the body which causes stubborn belly fat.
