Hi , I m in 6 th month of postpartum I still look like pregnant and my tummy is coming out day by day , i m Breast feeding, completely on diet, I walk for 30 minutes , I do 30 min of Surya namaskar still no use , is there any issues that is causing my tummy to come out

For reducing belly fat follow three main things like healthy diet,exercise and walk early morning amd evening . Keep calcium level up Add green leafy veg in diet Do belly related exercise like crunches,push up ,situp ,plank . Apply oil and gel for message and cream for tightenening than extra fat can remove from particular part of the body
