Tummy issue
Hello, From the past few months my weight is changing very little(1-2)kgs but tummy is increased from 39 inches to 43.5 within 4 months. My height is 5.8 and weight is 84. Desk job.

According to height your weight almost ok sir.but tummy fat is little more.u can reduce it with few exercises and a special perfect individual protein diet.to know u can call or book appointment.tummy fat will not go off easily it will tk 5 to 6 months, possibilities r more...need hard work and passion. Hi Try to inculcate some physical activity or do some exercise like plank or crunches. Try to have adequate water intake Also have protein rich meals like curd, paneer etc

Gud evening pls do thyroid test first of all, unhealthy lifestyle is the biggest reason behind it. Pls kindly focus on eating healthy home cooked foods on proper time n exercise minimum of 30 to 45mins daily for belly fat loss.
