I am suffering from pcod from more than 5 years. I was doing exercise and gym and my weight was controlled but suddenly my weight started gaining specially from tummy area. Not doing any excercise and diet. Working in nite shifts no sleeping pattern

You need to take high fiber low fat followed by detox diet.Drink plenty of water every day.take small and frequent meals at regular intervals.avoid outside food completely.Please ask me directly for personalized diet plan for you.
