Fats loss from tummy and side tummy
Hi, I want to loose 7 kg n fats in tummy n love handles n thei weight too. I do night shift. I get up at 2pm and after exercise i take a meal. I have started taking oatmeal with hot water n add grape n pomegranate. I take snacks at 9:30 as my shift startes at 7:30. For snacks home cooked popcorn cooked with olive oil with little black salt n pepper. Dinner oat khichadi cooked with olive oil, can i add any dal to oats while making simple khichadi, i add only haldi n black salt in that. I take oat khichadi with boiled fish add green leaves (spring onoin n musturd leaves) veggi n raw carrot, beetroot, grapes n pomegranate. I even add pudina chatni for taste. And I drink 4 to 5 ltr water. Green tea thrice. N when I get up I do little exercise. M I following a correct diet to loss or do I need to add or subtract anything in my diet plan. Please help as I want to loss in 2 weeks

You're trying very hard,do add on some other oils also and restrict oil intake around 20 ml per day. Since when you are doing this diet and any difference in weight have you got.if yes then go ahead otherwise consult me for special plans.
