Hi,
I have thyroid prb but have never gained weight in any part of the body except the chin portion. I have double chin and I just want to reduce it a bit. I like fried, oily, and spicy food so it is not possible for me to compromise on them. I may ignore the food for few weeks but not for lifetime. Is there any other effective way that can help me in reducing my double chin? Please help :)
