I have a fatty liver grade 2 I want to cure it from food only. Please suggest some food which decrease my fatty liver. And how much time it take to reduce my fatty liver

Hi I would suggest you to take a personalized plan rather then going for a random tip here as random tip may or may not help you and make some other issue in your body. There are 2 reason for the fatty liver. 1 is alcoholic fatty liver and the 2nd is non alchholic fatty liver. Some times fatty liver  combines with some other medical issue also so try to discuss your whole medical issue and then go about accordingly. I can surely help you and making your fatty liver fine but not without one to one discussion and I would recommend you not to do that also. Do some changes in your life style .say no to alcohol and eat colour full vegetables, whole grains,egg whites,low oil in food,low salt and Very low added sugar.these are the basic changes .if you want to detail on that feel free to contact me for diet change.
