Diet plan for a 19 yr old girl.

Hello. My weight is 64.5 and height is 5'6" my bmi is overweight. Please help me for a correct diet plan and suggest me an appropriate excercise for having a healthy body. I'm a vegetarian person. I tried dieting in 2018 but it cause me weakness and it also affected my metabolism , it also decreased my activitiy level. I feel tired and lazy can't even focus on my work.
