Medicine  of 4 days is not  going to do magic. Your levels of hb are low so many  reason are there....may be due to excessive blood loss during periods, malabsorption or dietary inefficiencies so many other issues. You are feeling week n tired  is because of  your  low Hb level Your skin  is yellow  n darker  because  of Hb and other  deficiencies.

Dear user, first of all let me know you, that you are taking medicines since 4 days and your hemoglobin level is very low so no medicine would work like a magic stick, have patience give sometime. I would like to suggest you consult me personally through practo because only having medicine will not resolve your problems, long duration of medicine will effect on your body and to avoid all these I have to identify the root cause of low hemoglobin that is very important. Whether it could be dietary insufficiency, malabsorption, excess blood loss during cycle or some other health issue because of which your hemoglobin is very low. Before taking medicines did you consult to doctor for that particular medicine? I need to discus your condition in detail and don't worry about your skin if you will be healthy from inside it will reflect outside. Skin tone darker and yellow is because if low hemoglobin level then it also affect some other blood parameters. So connect with me through call or through direct link. I will help you for sure.
