Body pain  may be due to certain  deficiencies (ca and vitamin D), Include  good protein in your daily diet like  egg, fish, chicken, nuts, sprouts, lentils, soya. Horlick and other OTC brands  are not recommended as they have  more sugar and less nutrition.

Body aches n pains can be due to deficiencies of certain vitamins. Also lack of regular exercise can cause the same.Stretching after you exercise is equally important. Protein Powder can be taken but only under the supervision of a dietitian. If your diet is lacking in protein, you can have it.Horlicks and all such OTC brands are not recommended as they are more sugar and less nutrition.

Please don't take Horlicks or protien powder to start with. Have a meal that gives you the required protien. Protien power is for people that are doing muscle training and not able to get enough protiens. Start with much white eggs, lentils etc
Next Steps
Get a proper meal plan!

Horlicks protein plus has too much of sugar. So if you are already overweight it won't help you to reduce. I will suggest you to check your Thyroid, B12 and D3. And consult me on Practo online consultation
