For high uric acid levels RDA ( Recommended dietary allowances) would be by lowering or avoiding high protein intake and foods rich in purines such as organ meats, sea foods, yeast or yeast extracts, beer, other Alcoholic beverages, beans, green peas, dals( Lentils) Oatmeal, Palak, Cauliflower , mushrooms and asparagus etc..
Drinking plenty of water like 2 to 2 and half litres per day..
Being physically more active everyday.. and Avoid Binge eating or drinking..
And last but not least incase if you are overweight... Decresing your weight can help in Gout reversal...

Hi, Kindly avoid purine rich foods which are found in Meat, Fish,Poultry,Pulses and legumes,Fruits like berries, Vegetables like Spinach, Cabbage,Cauliflower,Brinjal,Mushrooms,Peas. Too much tea ,coffee and chocolates to be avoided. Have more water as it will flush out the acid and fibre rich foods will help.
