High uric acid level
I have very high uric acid level (8.5mg tested 2 weeks back). I also had a gout attack a month back in my left feet. I am under ayurvedic medication as of now. I want to reduce the uric acid levels.

Avoid purine rich food products, also avoid strong flavoured fruits and vegetables etc. avoid fried , processed , packaged, canned, tinned etc.

Hi, Have 12-15 glasses of water. Avoid tea, coffee,chocolates, Alcohol,non-veg,pulses, leafy vegetables, Cabbage, cauliflower and beans. Walk for 30-40 minutes daily.

Hello hi , There can be many reasons for high Uric acid.Main reason can be eating unbalanced meals and over weight .Start taking care of your daily protein intake and try to limit the protein intake in your regular diet.Start with simple exercises and also add good fruits and salads regularly into your diet which will help you reduce weight and bring down your Uric acid levels.
