Hello, you have to restrict the purine diet which is found in Lentils like Arhar Dal, Kala Chana , Kabuli Chana, Rajmah,Lobia i.e., heavy pulses and good amount of water intake always check your colour of Urine which should be pale yellowor transparent is normal but if not then it is caused by high uric acid. With the diet modifications you have take good amount of sleep at night  and try to always stress free and avoid protein in dinner. Thanks! Please reply and give me your Feedback.
