Dietary Changes for cholesterol
Hello Doctor, Good Evening I am 25 years old male working professional(Height -6'1, Weight 76 Kgs). Had very mild Covid-19 6 months back. Did blood tests comprising of Lipid Profile Test, Vit D. Vit D was mildly low (29) and Cholesterol parameters are borderline high. Can you let me know about dietary/lifestyle changes to reduce cholesterol and improve overall health.

Hi,   Generally have to reduce having too much carbs and oil foods also have to add mushroom , almond and curd along with correct combination to increase Vit- D deficiency.

Sorry for late answering. As, our dietician suggested you to improve you lifestyle and do regular exercise and take home made food. For Vit D  take morning sunlight for 15 -20min. And for cholesterol take infused cinnamon water.
